CARLA FERNÁNDEZ GUILLAMOT, artistically known as CARLA NISHA, was born in Barcelona in 1996. Expressed a marked interest in art from an early age, exploring music, drawing and dance. Her passion was consolidated at the age of 13 when she joined Brincadeira, an outstanding percussion and movement company recognized nationally and internationally.

Since then, she has accumulated experience performing in prominent venues in Barcelona, ​​such as the Coliseum Theatre (2015), Grec Theatre (2016) and Tívoli Theatre (2017), as well as at world-renowned festivals, including the Sziget Festival (Hungary), Urkult Festival (Sweden),  Santa Lucía Int. Festival (México) and 

Doha Spring Festival (Qatar), among others.

In parallel, in 2021, she ventured into the art of DJing, transferring her stage and musical knowledge to the jogs. Her versatile sets range from hypnotic rhythms underground and Hip-Hop with explosive Reggaeton and latin rhythms, always impregnated with the urban essence that inspires her. Her enérgic acting , interaction with the public and movements, combined with a solid psychological understanding of the dancefloor and adaptation to the space, have quickly led her to stand out in important venues in Barcelona and Madrid such as Otto Zutz, Sala Upload, La Terrazza y Sala Villanos.

He is currently a resident in the prestigious club Jamboree Dance Club in Barcelona.

 

​Each performance by Carla Nisha serves as a testament that music is a means to express the diversity and vitality of contemporary urban culture.​

In addition to his artistic achievements, he is also in charge of the visual aspect, graphic design and marketing for both the Brincadeira project and her personal projects.
